Abstract: The monetary transmission mechanism of China, which is mainly money market and credit channel, is completely different from that of industrialized countries. Since 1990s, though security market and foreign exchange market has played an increasingly significant role, credit is sill the major channel of the monetary transmission mechanism in China.
