Abstract: Blockchain technology first emerged with the creation of Bitcoin in 2008 [1]. Since then, developers across the world have been trying to integrate blockchain in different areas, from banking and financial markets to Internet of Things (IoT). It has completely shaken the technology world with its potential. Some notable features are decentralization, immutability, and transparency [2]. This project explores the implementation of Ethereum, an open-source, public, blockchain-based platform to build a decentralized application. Seek how we can leverage the usage of blockchain to increase efficiency, traceability and transparency of an ecommerce market. In this project, a web application will be built using Ethereum Blockchain. The application consists of two key contract, escrow contract and reputation contract, to ensure secure transactions and reliable feedbacks.
