Abstract: The use of team building is a necessity in any industry. However, it is uncommon for team building to be done by using smartphones. In this growing era of electronics, it is inevitable for humans to be more reliant and dependant on the use of a smart phone application. This is where TeamBond comes in hand. TeamBond is a form of team building that is done by using installing an app in the mobile phone to gain understanding of any person with their newly found acquaintances. TeamBond is formed by using Android Studio using Java language and will be using Firebase as the form of storage. It allows anyone to quickly familiarise and have a basic understanding of the personality or characteristic of the person that they have just met.
