dc.description.abstractParents who are busy with work have not much time to follow up on their children’s studies. This paper aims to deliver a responsive web application for tuition management system that will allow parents to be able to keep up with their children’s education progress. The project will be first done in a local environment using MySQL as the choice of a database, Node.js as the server for communicating the front-end and back-end and Ionic as the front-end application. The local project will then be deployed using Heroku to be accessible in the public. The final product will incorporate a selection process of a suitable tutor by the students, an advertising platform for the tutors to upload information about themselves and an administrative system that displays lesson details and a monitoring system for parents to monitor their child’s progress.en_US
