dc.description.abstractThis report documents the development of an Android mobile application that is aimed to control Evokube SociaLight, an LED lamp developed by PABensen Pte. Ltd. The mobile application offers users to choose different patterns and colour through interaction with the mobile application. The development of the mobile application was achieved by following SDLC and Agile methodology, along with a combination of various hardware and software. The major software development was done through Android Studio as the IDE, written in Java and XML programming language. The connection between the mobile application and the lamp was made through Bluetooth wireless connection, using a Bluetooth Module as the hardware. The report ends with achieving the user requirement set and a conclusion where limitations and recommendations are identified.en_US
