试论体制转型期的小城镇基础设施建设 = A study on infrastructure investment of small towns in China's transitional economy

Abstract

This paper defines the concept of infrastructure in small town based on relevant economic theories. It analyzes the “centripetal effect” related to the construction of township infrastructure. This paper hopes to serve as the reference to personnel in corresponding agencies and departments in charge of city and township management.
