Title: Exfoliation and exploration of ternary layered materials
Authors: Mar, Jian Xiong
Keywords: DRNTU::Engineering::Electrical and electronic engineering
Issue Date: 2019
Abstract: 2D layered materials have become a popular topic since the discovery of graphene with mechanical exfoliation. It is widely used in different kinds of applications such as electronics, optoelectronics and biosensors. In this report, it focuses on how exfoliation of ternary layered material is carried out, characterization of material, fabrication of device based on Ta2NiSe5 flakes, and exploration of its electrical properties.
