Abstract: China owns in the world the quantity is at most of toll roads. It is reasonable that China’s toll road there is a rapid development. But, something has gone wrong with the China’s toll roads, such as the technique grade is low, the distance between charging stations is too short, charge cost over high, total scale over big and charge standard disunity.
