dc.description.abstractThe dissertation concludes the electric heating status quo, analyzes Dimplex electric heating macro-environment including politics environment, economy environment, social environment as well as technology environment. And at the mean time, also studies Dimplex microenvironment, like product, customer, competitor and supplier as well. Further, we also did qualitative research and in-depth interview; grasp the sales information and market reaction. What's more, we use BCG, GE, and SWOT analyze Dimplex electric heating market status and competition situation. And lastly, we make short-, mid-, and long-term marketing strategy plan according to the analysis.en_US
