Abstract: The objective of this project is to research for and design an app that facilitates Errand completing service shared between University Students and working professionals in the context of the Sharing Economy. In Singapore, working professionals lack time and are willing to trade money for time. On the other hand, university students lack money and are willing to trade time for money. This research proposal will study the needs, goals, behavior, and motivations of both groups. It is focused on the on-demand, commercial errand runners of the current errand-running industry.
