Abstract: As Singapore is becoming a smart nation, there are more people using technology to improve the work process of the operations. During site inspection at site work, civil engineers and staff to carry maps, blueprints, compasses and measuring tape which make it tedious for them to carry out their site inspection. In order to save time to reduce the manual work, an application help to interface the cables from Singapore Communications Limited (Singtel) with the manholes in real time.
