中国基础教育技术装备工作的问题与对策 = Technological facilities in China's basic education

Abstract

This presentation makes a brief introduction about the development history & basic status of fundamental education technology equipment works in China by means of defining its basic intension & property, and explains its roles that the technology equipment works of fundamental education have played during the course of modernization construction and education reform & development. It also summarizes some issues among system, market, human resources, region development, fair & efficiency due to long-term planning system and relatively lagging of education reform process.
