Abstract: This research is an extension of Jo Ellen Moore (2000) study and investigates work exhaustion of IT professionals in the Singapore context. The antecedents of stress tested are role conflict, role ambiguity, perceived workload, autonomy and interpersonal conflict. Subsequently, social support as a possible moderator of stress is also tested.
