Repatriation re-adjustment : a study on Singapore based companies.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the nature and extent of repatriation re-adjustment issues in Singapore. It attempts to bridge the research gap that exists in repatriation literature. The study also identified some significant differences among the views of repatriates from companies of different business sectors and countries of origin.
