Abstract: The purpose of our research is to introduce virtual reality (VR) technology as a potential tool for personnel selection in organizations. In our findings, we present the benefits and drawbacks of using VR technology for training purposes and then attempt to show the validity of using VR technology to assess job skills and knowledge.
