Abstract: This report applies the Theory of Planned Behaviour to examine the intentions of JC students to take up an IT career or course. Students' attitudes, subjective norms and self-efficacy levels act as predictors of their intentions. The approach adopted is a quantitative survey followed by statistical analysis.
