GDSS study of factors affecting internal auditors' adoption of embedded audit modules.

Abstract

An exploratory research on the factors that affect internal auditors' adoption of embedded audit modules into their audit work. Two focus group studies were conducted on auditors from IIA and ISACA to gather their views on embedded audit modules. The research provided an insight into the auditors' perception of embedded audit modules.
