Abstract: This study sets out to examine underlying fundamentals of Internet IPOs to shed light onpossible relations between characteristics of Internet companies and delist of Internetcompanies, i.e. the burst of the Internet Bubble. To uncover the unique characteristics ofInternet companies, our study proceeds by using the different variables commonly acceptedto predict the delisting of IPO firms, to test its effect on Internet firms.
