Abstract: This study examines factors affecting the intention of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) which have not adopted Electronic Commerce (EC).Treating EC as a form of new innovation and using attributes from Rogers’ theory of Diffusion of Innovation, this study included two additional factors to the model, resources and competitive pressure.
