Limited regeneration capability of central nervous system has greatly hindered the functional recovery of neural tissues. Bioprinting, offers a promising method to deposit cells, materials and instructive biomolecules in a precise arrangement simultaneously, which is possible to achieve the construction of multicellular functional neural tissues.
