Issue Date: 2003
Abstract: The findings of this study show that the Balanced Sorecard is feasible in Singapore charities but the rate of adoption is predicted to be slow. A generic set of performance indicators that charities might be interested in was also developed based on extensive interviews with experts and charity trustees. In addition, a public survey is conducted.
