Abstract: This project examines the new performance measures currently in use (economic value-added, balanced scorecard and intellectual capital management) and does a critique and comparison on them. Included is a study of the local management's attitudes and perceptions towards these new measures. The study indicates what is the likelihood of implementation of these new measures here in future.
