Abstract: With relationship approach grown in popularity, this study attempts to examine the relationship between relationship strength and customer retention. A conceptual model is presented and empirical findings from survey conducted are discussed. The result of this study has shown that relationships indeed do play a part in retaining customers’ loyalty.
