Employee's turnover in the accounting profession : an undergraduate's perspective.

Abstract

This study sought to investigate the undergraduates' perceptions on turnover factors in the accounting profession. The research also attempted to examine any differences in the turnover factors between males and females. The study adopted and modified the Employee Turnover Model developed by Khatri & Chong [1999].
