Using the repertory grid technique to explore the antecedents to participation in virtual communities.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explore the factors that enhance member participation in virtual communities and to investigate how these factors influence the attitude and propensity towards participation by the users in virtual communities. This study uses the Repertory Grid Technique which does not use any pre-determined structures.
