Variables examined in this survey includes: Look-and-See Trip, Realistic Job Preview, Realistic Living Conditions Preview both provided by the organization and self-sourced by the expatriates themselves, Cultural Intelligence, Role Clarity as well as Met Work and Living Conditions Expectations.
