Realistic job and living conditions previews, and expatriate adjustment

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explore on some of the key factors that affect the expatriates’ work, interaction and general adjustments. Variables examined in this survey includes: Look-and-See Trip, Realistic Job Preview, Realistic Living Conditions Preview both provided by the organization and self-sourced by the expatriates themselves, Cultural Intelligence, Role Clarity as well as Met Work and Living Conditions Expectations.
