Gender and email communication at the workplace.

Abstract

In this exploratory research, content analysis was used to determine how gender affects email communication at the Asian workplace. Email samples from seven major industries were obtained and were examined according to a questionnaire. In addition, six in-depth interviews were conducted. Statistical tests were performed on the collected data using the SPSS statistical software.
