Abstract: The report serves to analyze the organizational culture within the manufacturing firms in Singapore specifically focusing on the dimenision of inidividualism/collectivism. More importantly, the report found a relationship between individualism/collectivism and innovation. Research results has also identified factors such like decision-making and problem solving to influence innovation within the firms.
