Abstract: This paper examines Singapore’s electronics industry and makes two broad investigations: (1) It examines four factors - International Diversification, Corporate Liquidity, Fixed Investments and Ownership Concentration and its relationship with firms’ performance. (2) It tests how these four factors affect the performance of newly listed companies and Incumbents to different extents.
