dc.description.abstractHomosexuality has not been an area of active local research and is still considered by many of the older generation as a taboo subject. This study seeks to ascertain the degree of discrimination faced by homosexuals locally. In addition, the study examines the relationships between explicit/implicit attitudes toward homosexuals and perceptions as well as potential impact of homophobia in the workplace.en_US
