Abstract: This study investigates the influence of cultural differences on managers’ self-concepts and in turn, attribution on different organizational events in Singapore. This report presents the findings of an empirical study conducted on managers from USA, Germany and Singapore. The implications of the findings are then discussed for professional practice and future research.
