Abstract: Singaporean Chinese is generally more collective. The organizational culture of Singapore Companies are also towards collectivism. The most commonly adopted leadership style is the pseudo-participative although the employees would prefer the participative style. The conflict resolution style used in most organizations is the integrating style.
