Abstract: This study investigates the current usage level of nutrition labels in Singapore, reasons for referring or not referring to nutrition claims and nutrition information panels, and willingness to pay a premium for products with nutrition claims, taking population characteristics into consideration. Also investigates influence of mere presence of a nutrition claim.
