Abstract: This study seeks to explain the measurement of student satisfaction in university education, in particular NTU. The objective of this paper is to compare the two measurements of service quality, SERVPERF and SERVPEX, to determine which scale would be a better measurement in university education and the underlying factors in student satisfaction.
