Abstract

This paper investigates the determinants of capital structure of Indonesian firms within the framework of corporate governance. Improved corporate governance is crucial to Indonesia in light of the Asian financial crisis and how it crippled the country’s economy. Robust corporate governance is one of the key ways to restore investor confidence and improve the economy.
