Abstract: The project explores possible differences in the guests' expectations and management's perceptions in Hotel Inter-Continental. Differing expectations between leisure and business travellers are also explored. After careful analysis of the results, we conclude that there is a positive Gap 1 and management's perceptions are higher than customers' expectations.
