Abstract: Recent trends like globalization and innovation have made organizations more quality focused in order to satisfy customers' expectations and stay competitive in this ever changing global market. As such, Total Quality Management (TQM) has evolved as a specialty niche in the past to a mangement requirement of today in most organizations. The Multi-Step Model to TQM, proposed by our supervisor, focuses on the levels of TQM and organizational performance.
