Abstract: The study to investigate the impact of organsiational justice and team spirit on organisational commitment and trust respectively. Commtiment and Trust are analysed for their effects on firms' performance in Singapore context. The analysis process adopted a mutidisciplinary approach, integrating HR theoretical development with statistical tools and accounting measurement.
