Abstract: In this paper, we use 5 factors to measure acculturation, namely language, amount of interaction with Singaporeans, personality, cultural identity and the amount of media exposure. Mental health refers to the subjects’ stress level, depression level and self-esteem level. We are attempting to establish the relationships acculturation and mental health.
