Abstract: A case study of three Singaporean firms' practice of corporate reporting using the corporate web sites. The benefits enjoyed as well as limitations of using the internet as a reporting medium are discussed. The overall conclusion is that electronic corporate reporting is still in the stage of infancy in Singapore. More guidance is required for local firms.
