Abstract: The most valuable asset of the Big 5 is its people. As such, it is important for them to attract employees who will perpetuate their success. This study attempts to identify the reasons for a student’s preference of a particular Big 5 firm over the others and the extent to which the Big 5 are successful in achieving their recruitment objectives.
