Abstract: In this study, a statistical analysis approach was used to evaluate the data which would be used to differentiate the views of the high-end consumer banking divisions of three local banks, namely that of Development Bank of Singapore (Treasures Priority Banking), Overseas-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited (Premier Banking), United Overseas Bank Limited (Privilege Banking) and a comparative foreign bank: Citibank N.A. Singapore (CitiGold). It will focus mainly on the gap between clients' demand and the banks' supply of services and products in this rising sector of the banking industry.
